Hugging this character: Pretty much, but if it's out of left field expect her to be weirded out or push them away.
Kissing this character: See above. She will punch you if you kiss her for seemingly no reason.
Flirting with this character: Definitely.
Fighting with this character: Oh yeah. Though she's still learning the ropes on this one.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Generally okay with small things. Anything more dire than a gash on the arm or something let's talk it out. I have nothing against her getting seriously injured at any point, but not of course without discussion.
Killing this character: See above?
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Probably fine. Again, just vaguely mention it ahead of time or something, and I'll let you know if there is anything in particular I wouldn't want your character to find out or do.
Warnings: Stephanie can be a bit blunt sometimes, quick to jump to conclusions, or take the easy way out if presented. Otherwise she doesn't have any special powers. The only other thing is she's had a difficult background in the last year or so with some minor abuse warnings attached, but it's not something she readily talks about. If you'd rather it be not discussed at all, lemme know. Otherwise I will always preface a tag if it contains questionable subject matter with the correct warnings.
